SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ELECTRICAL MATERIAL FOR THE REFURBISHMENT, REPLACEMENT AND RECONFIGURATION OF 25 KV AC TRACTION SUBSTATION EQUIPMENT ON AN “AS AND WHEN” REQUIRED BASIS IN THE CAPE CORRIDOR FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS
